This year Manufacturing Talk Radio is honored to announce that we will be attending the ISM 2017 conference. Conducting interviews with some of the best and brightest minds from throughout the industry to hear their thoughts on the current state of the industry and where it is going to go from here. Nearly every industry is facing some sort of disruption due to technology or innovative processes and the supply chain isn’t immune. Understanding how the industry is advancing could help manufacturers better prepare for the future.

The Institute for Supply Chain Management, (ISM) will be holding their annual conference in Orlando, Florida beginning May 21st and ending on Wednesday May 24th. More than 2,500 global supply chain and procurement professionals will be attending the event to share, learn and network with leaders from the supply management industry. Events such as this one are incredibly important to manufacturers and industries of all kinds as the supply chain plays a large role in them all.

Some of the attendees at this years ISM 2017 conference include David Cameron, former PM of the United Kingdom on today’s Geopolitical events & what they mean to you; Annette Gregg, lifelong learner and teacher on helping people unlock their potential and reach new heights of success; General Colin L. Powell, USA (RET), former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff discussing the ultimate supply and logistics challenge: armed conflict. This is just a small taste of what’s to come from this amazing event. The four days are sure to be filled with incredible insight covering the transforming supply management industry.
